Are you a proven business developer ready to lead in one of West London’s most desirable markets?

We’re seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to take charge of our Twickenham office and help drive its next phase of growth. With a dedicated progression team supporting the admin process, you’ll be free to focus on winning instructions, leading your team, and becoming a known name in the community.

Your profile

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the lettings function in Twickenham and surrounding areas
Securing new instructions through business development, valuations, and local networking
Building strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and the community
Working closely with our central progression team to deliver seamless move-ins
Coaching and supporting your team to hit targets and maintain high standards
Collaborating with our wider group in marketing, property management, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential lettings, with strong market knowledge
Natural business developer with confidence in valuations and negotiations
A visible leader with team management experience and coaching ability
Someone who understands the importance of community presence in agency success
Full UK driving licence (essential)
